Apparel Production Specialist
ConfidentialWE'RE HIRING! Position: Apparel Production Specialist Emerald Falcon is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team! We specialize in custom apparel, embroidered hats, and branded merchandise. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can help keep production running smoothly. Job Responsibilities: Operate commercial embroidery machines Sew leather patches onto hats and other apparel Operate hat heat presses and T-shirt heat presses Apply custom designs to shirts, hats, and other products Prepare and organize materials for production Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Fold, package, label, and prepare completed orders for pickup or shipping Maintain a clean, organized production workspace Assist with other hands-on production tasks as needed Qualifications: Sewing experience preferred Experience operating embroidery machines preferred Experience with heat presses and custom apparel production is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow instructions and complete orders accurately Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques What We're Looking For: Someone who takes pride in their work, can manage hands-on production tasks efficiently, and understands the importance of delivering high-quality products to our customers.
