Position: Apparel Production Specialist
Emerald Falcon is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team!
We specialize in custom apparel, embroidered hats, and branded merchandise. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can help keep production running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:

Operate commercial embroidery machines
• Sew leather patches onto hats and other apparel
• Operate hat heat presses and T-shirt heat presses
• Apply custom designs to shirts, hats, and other products
• Prepare and organize materials for production
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Fold, package, label, and prepare completed orders for pickup or shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized production workspace
• Assist with other hands-on production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Sewing experience preferred
• Experience operating embroidery machines preferred
• Experience with heat presses and custom apparel production is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and complete orders accurately
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production techniques
