Production & Order Management Specialist This role will support all development and production activities throughout the entire product life cycle. Production Management Independently manage and follow up on daily pre-production and production activities, approvals, emails, and outstanding action items. Review and approve lab dips, strike-offs, trims, TOP samples, and production samples for specifications, quality, and aesthetic standards. Manage and maintain Time & Action (T&A) calendars , proactively identifying potential delays and ensuring production milestones are met. Maintain and closely monitor vendor WIP reports , following up with factories on outstanding approvals, production status, and delivery dates. Communicate directly with domestic and overseas factories and vendors regarding production, approvals, order changes, documentation, and shipping timelines. Identify production risks and delays early and escalate issues while recommending solutions to keep orders on schedule. Ensure product specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and production information remain accurate throughout the production lifecycle. Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth execution from order placement through final delivery. Order Entry & EDI Manage the creation and accurate entry of customer orders according to individual account requirements and guidelines. Create and maintain styles, SKUs, purchase orders, and product information within Full Circle and related systems. Process and manage EDI orders and documentation , ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Compile, review, and organize all documents required for order processing and fulfillment. Verify orders for pricing, quantities, styles, colors, delivery dates, and other critical information prior to shipment. Identify and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, system information, EDI documents, and shipping documentation. Ensure all orders are accurately entered, updated, and finalized prior to shipping. Maintain accurate and organized production and order records. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in apparel production, order management, wholesale operations, or a related apparel industry role. Hands-on experience with Full Circle required . Strong working knowledge of EDI and wholesale order processing required . Experience working directly with domestic and/or overseas apparel factories and vendors. Strong understanding of the apparel production lifecycle, including lab dips, strike-offs, trims, samples, TOPs, T&A calendars, WIP reports, and production approvals . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and Outlook. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders, vendors, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong sense of urgency with the ability to identify and prioritize critical business needs. Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven apparel environment . What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, and highly detail-oriented. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your workload, communicating directly with factories and vendors, and identifying potential problems before they impact deliveries. The successful candidate will be someone who can balance production management with highly accurate order entry and operational execution , while working collaboratively across multiple teams. Compensation: $75,000 annually
