Apparel Production & Fulfillment Specialist
ConfidentialOverview Future Garment Group is looking for a reliable, hands-on Apparel Production & Fulfillment Associate to help with the day-to-day production and fulfillment of our clothing brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clothing, learning how products are made, and being involved in multiple parts of a growing apparel business. You will help prepare garments, paint hoodies and other pieces, sew when needed, organize inventory, pack and ship customer orders, and make sure production supplies stay stocked. This is not a traditional warehouse position. You will be working closely with actual clothing products and learning how a growing fashion business operates behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who can start by handling daily production and fulfillment responsibilities and potentially grow into a more important operations role as the company expands. Responsibilities Paint and hand-finish hoodies, T-shirts, and other apparel according to production guidelines. Assist with basic sewing tasks such as sewing labels, patches, tags, or other garment details. Prepare garments for production and make sure each item meets our quality standards. Fold, organize, label, and properly shelf finished clothing and inventory. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup or drop-off. Check incoming orders and organize the daily production workload. Monitor blank garments, paint, packaging materials, labels, and other production supplies. Place or prepare inventory and supply orders when stock begins running low. Receive incoming inventory and confirm quantities and products are correct. Keep production areas, shelving, inventory, and shipping stations clean and organized. Perform quality-control checks before products are packed and shipped. Follow specific product instructions for garment placement, paint application, sewing, distressing, and finishing. Help improve production and fulfillment processes as the company grows. Learn the products, brands, and production standards so you can take on more responsibility over time. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions. Comfortable working with clothing and performing hands-on production tasks. Willingness to learn basic sewing, garment finishing, painting, and apparel production techniques. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple orders and production tasks. Reliable and able to work independently without constant supervision. Comfortable using a computer or phone for order management, inventory tracking, and shipping. Basic math skills for counting inventory and confirming order quantities. Able to fold, organize, lift, move, and store boxes of clothing and production supplies. Previous experience with clothing, sewing, screen printing, garment production, fulfillment, fashion, or e-commerce is helpful but not required. Interest in fashion, streetwear, clothing production, or e-commerce is strongly preferred. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and notices small details. You do not need to already know every part of clothing production. We are willing to train the right person, but you should be willing to learn new skills and become more capable over time. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working with their hands, and interested in becoming an important part of a growing apparel company. As Future Garment Group continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibility in areas such as production management, inventory management, fulfillment, quality control, and overall operations.
