Apparel Production & Fulfillment Coordinator

We're a growing custom apparel company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help produce and fulfill customer orders. This hands-on role includes applying logos and graphics using heat press equipment, receiving and organizing inventory, quality-checking garments, and packing orders for shipment. You'll be part of a small team where your work directly impacts the customer experience. Responsibilities Apply plastisol and DTF transfers to apparel using heat press equipment Follow written work orders to ensure production accuracy Receive, sort, and organize incoming apparel shipments Inspect apparel and finished products for quality Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Manage inventory and assist with inventory counts Maintain a clean and organized production area Support other production and fulfillment tasks as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds Basic computer skills Preferred Experience Heat press operation Custom apparel production Inventory management or warehouse fulfillment Shipping and receiving Commercial embroidery (Barudan, Tajima, Melco, or similar machines) Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
