Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines, sergers, and speciality sewing equipment to assemble garments with precision and efficiency Measure fabrics and finished products using measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and adherence to specifications Handle materials carefully during cutting, sewing, and assembly processes to maintain quality standards in production Perform manual fabric cutting and garment construction tasks following detailed patterns and instructions Conduct dimensional measurements on finished garments to verify proper fit and compliance with quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards in production environments Inspect materials and finished products regularly to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring only top-quality items proceed through the manufacturing process Assist with upholstery or other fabric-related tasks as needed, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques Experience Prior experience working with measuring instruments, fabric materials, or garment construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Extensive familiarity with sewing machine operation, including industrial sewing machines and sergers, is highly desirable Knowledge of quality standards in production environments and safety standards is advantageous Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling can be beneficial for understanding workflow and inventory management Basic understanding of seam construction, garment sewing, embroidery, and upholstery techniques will support your success in this role Join us as an Apparel Production Associate and sample maker and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence.
