Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the apparel print shop, including production schedules, quality control, and workflow management Manage and coordinate a team of printing technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment Maintain inventory levels of printing supplies, apparel, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed Ensure all printing processes meet quality standards and customer specifications Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Monitor industry trends and new printing technologies to keep the shop competitive and innovative Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in apparel printing, screen printing, or related manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Knowledge of printing equipment, software, and quality control standards Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus Requirements: Prior team Management experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment Work well with a team A positive attitude with a desire to go the extra mile Relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction Ability to solve complex problems and think creatively Self-motivated individual Commitment to learning products in the fast-changing field of Electrical Distribution
