Overview Join our dynamic team as an Apparel Packaging Associate and become a vital part of the manufacturing process! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging apparel products to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork will help us deliver high-quality products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble and package apparel items accurately and efficiently Use forklifts and other warehouse machinery to move materials safely within the facility Prepare products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and verifying order accuracy according to specifications Conduct quality checks on packaged items to ensure compliance with company standards Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety protocols and proper storage procedures Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment of packaging supplies Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve packaging processes Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, or assembly environments preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and protocols Basic understanding of packaging techniques and materials used in apparel manufacturing Join us in creating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills make a real impact!
