Apparel Fulfillment & Returns Associate (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Location: Charlotte, NC — in person Pay: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience Schedule: Weekday daytime hours; part-time or full-time available Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, with the company paying 50% of the employee’s premium. About the role We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with online orders and returns for our apparel business. Prior e-commerce, retail, or apparel experience is preferred. You’ll work hands-on with clothing, where accuracy, organization, and presentation matter. A key part of each day is inspecting returned garments, folding them carefully, and placing them back in their original packaging so they’re ready to sell again. This work is repetitive, so the right person will enjoy detailed tasks and take pride in doing them well. What you’ll do Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately Inspect returned clothing for wear or damage Fold and repackage returns to a retail-ready standard Process orders and shipping labels using Shopify and shipping platforms Organize inventory and help prepare clothing for trade shows Steam garments as needed Keep the packing area and warehouse organized What we’re looking for Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel, order fulfillment, or returns processing preferred Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable folding and repackaging clothing for extended periods Able to work independently and follow instructions Able to read order details and shipping labels in English and communicate with the team about orders, returns, and inventory Comfortable using a computer; Shopify or shipping experience is a plus Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
