Roles & Responsibilities
• Own the APO Demand Planning product roadmap and prioritize enhancements.
• Lead demand-planning design across business, supply chain, and IT teams.
• Translate IBP requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Govern statistical forecasting, consensus planning, and exception-management processes.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployment, and adoption of APO improvements.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service levels, and overall planning performance.
• Identify and resolve process gaps while driving standardization across markets and products.
• Provide stakeholder updates, training, documentation, and change-management support.
