The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in AP and P2P operations, process transformation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay implementations is highly desirable.Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay(P2P) Consultant Evaluate end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.Improve and streamline workflows across purchasing, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management.Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, Tax, Supplier Master Data, and Accounts Payable teams to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements.Analyze Ariba and operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and efficiency.Support SAP Ariba optimization efforts, including troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, and process improvements.Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and process consistency across AP and P2P functions.Create and maintain process documentation, workflow maps, standard operating procedures, and best practices.Lead the implementation of sustainable solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall business operations.Drive issue resolution and process optimization initiatives while ensuring successful adoption by key stakeholders.Deliver practical, hands-on support and ensure processes, controls, and documentation remain effective after project completion.
