Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the Analyst I in the Administration Division, Office of Business and Acquisition Services (OBAS) will be responsible for independently performing the less complex analytical duties in support of DGS’ centralized procurement operations in the Contract Services Section. All tasks are performed in accordance with the OBAS policies and procedures, utilizing peer resources, State Contract Manuals, State Administrative Manual, Government Code, Public Contract Code, OBAS Memorandums, Broadcast Bulletins, State Contract Advisory Network meetings, OBAS Desk Manuals, Microsoft Office Suite, the Financial System of California (FI$Cal) and ServiceNow. This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
