Therefore, we are seeking an Analyst - Budget & Capital to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. This dynamic role will be instrumental in the consolidation, stewardship, and execution of the annual Work Program and Budget (WP&B) for CNOOC Petroleum North America, while also supporting internal reporting requirements, including the Monthly Management Financial Package and KPI reports (MMR), the North America capital management process and associated approvals, and regular business unit reviews with executive leadership. Your Background A Completed university degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Completion or active pursuit of an MBA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional designation is considered an asset. 3 to 5 years of direct oil and gas industry experience, with exposure to planning, budgeting, financial analysis, capital management, or internal reporting.
