Position Summary The North Central Region Asset Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leasing of a growing 59-million-square-foot real estate operating portfolio across eight (8) markets. The Analyst will provide administrative support and operational coordination to various leaders and team members. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Essential Job Duties Office Administration & Team Support Coordinate all travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, transportation, dining reservations, and related logistics; prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner. Prepare, format, and update reports, presentations, correspondence, memoranda, and other business documents utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Manage weekly office grocery orders and track related office expenses and operating costs. Maintain office records, internal databases, and essential departmental trackers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Create and maintain Excel worksheets and databases to organize, analyze, and report on large data sets, including market and portfolio information. General office management duties, including answering phones, greeting/accommodating visitors, ordering lunches and office supplies, and sorting and sending mail. Coordinate various onboarding needs for new hires. Leasing Administration & Transaction Support Enter and maintain leasing transactions, renewals, and other deal-related information within Deal Manager and other internal systems. Assist with the preparation, execution, and tracking of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Coordinate listing agreements, commission agreements, and related documentation, including obtaining lender approvals when applicable. Review leasing commission invoices for accuracy and process entries within Yardi Commercial Management. Provide brokers with access to Box and other document-sharing platforms to support leasing and marketing activities. Review marketing brochures and leasing materials for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Plan, execute, and coordinate compliance approval for broker events, open houses, office functions, and marketing initiatives. Assist with leasing-related post-closing obligations related to new property acquisitions. Review lease provisions and assist with processing tenant requests related to subleases, assignments, landlord waivers, estoppels, and other lease-related matters. Coordinate with lenders and internal debt teams to secure approvals required under loan documents and leasing agreements.
