Dispatcher/Delivery Driver Benefits & Scheduling: $26.75-$27.75 per hour (paid biweekly) Starting pay for SOSO drivers is $26.75/hr 401K available after 60 days $5250 annual tuition assistance benefit 10-hour shifts . Shift starts at 9:50am (no other shift start time available) We have the largest step van fleet in the region! You must be able to qualify to be DOT certified to drive step-vans, drivers will be trained in all Fleet vehicle types. 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical for full time associates with 3 days off Expect morning/ daytime shift. We run 7 days a week. A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute lunch break. What You’ll Do Monitor driver routes, delivery progress, and service performance throughout the day Provide real-time support to drivers by phone, text, and in person Assist with route assignments, driver check-in/check-out, and daily dispatch procedures Respond quickly to delivery issues, delays, vehicle concerns, and customer-related escalations Track attendance, safety concerns, missed deliveries, and other operational information Communicate professionally with drivers, management, and Amazon station personnel Help maintain a positive, accountable, safety-focused team environment Support end-of-day reporting and ensure drivers complete all required return procedures What We’re Looking For Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and route-management tools Reliable attendance and availability for weekends and holidays as needed Previous dispatch, logistics, delivery, customer service, or operations experience is preferred Experience working with Amazon DSP operations is a plus, but training is available Ability to remain professional, composed, and solution-focused during high-pressure situations Delivery Driver Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license. Must be Authorized to work in the United States Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills. Must have reliable transportation to team offsite. Must be able to lift and move packages of up to 50lbs and perform in a fast-paced physical environment. Must be able to use GPS and device/app technology proficiently. Your work day is device/app driven. Must be available to work weekend and be flexible to business scheduling needs especially in peak seasons.
