We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Amazon Operations Specialist who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and making things happen! About the Role The Amazon Operations Specialist will help manage the day-to-day operations of Zulay Kitchen's Amazon business, including inventory, product listings, account health, and issue resolution. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience working in the backend of Amazon Seller Central who understands the platform and is comfortable navigating its tools and processes. You don't need to know everything, but you should have a solid foundation in Amazon operations, be a quick learner, and enjoy figuring things out! Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Shipments Monitor inventory levels, forecast replenishment needs, and coordinate product reorders. Identify and resolve inventory issues to prevent lost sales. Amazon Product Listings Manage and update product listings, including images, descriptions, keywords, and product information. Troubleshoot listing errors, missing images, and products that aren't displaying correctly. Help improve product visibility and ensure listings meet Amazon's requirements. Account Health & Issue Resolution Monitor Amazon account health and address policy or compliance issues. Identify and resolve restricted, suppressed, or inactive product listings. Stay informed about Amazon's policies to keep our account in good standing. Amazon Support & Case Management Open and manage Amazon Seller Support cases related to listings, inventory, and account issues. Follow up consistently until issues are resolved. Inventory Problem-Solving Investigate stranded, damaged, unavailable, or incorrectly classified inventory. Work with Amazon Support to resolve inventory discrepancies and recover inventory when possible. Identify recurring issues and help improve processes to prevent them. Qualifications Previous hands-on experience working in the backend of Amazon Seller Central is REQUIRED. Familiarity with Amazon product listings, inventory management, and seller account operations. Understanding of Amazon FBA and fulfillment processes. Experience navigating Seller Central, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with Amazon Support. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and other business tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points For: Experience working for an Amazon-based e-commerce brand. Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization, product variations, and account health. Experience with inventory forecasting and shipment coordination.
