Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will ensure efficient deliveries while upholding safety standards and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Load packages into delivery vehicles at the Amazon station
• Operate company vehicles safely along assigned routes
• Deliver 100–200+ packages daily to residential and business locations
• Use handheld devices for navigation, scanning, and tracking deliveries
• Comply with traffic laws and Amazon safety policies
• Keep the delivery van clean and in proper working condition
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Return undelivered packages and complete end-of-day procedures
• Provide courteous and professional service to all customers
Required Skills and Experience:
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening (as required)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable walking, climbing stairs, and driving for extended periods
• Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and tracking

• Previous experience in delivery or transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable attendance and effective time management
• Knowledge of local routes and delivery areas
