Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will independently handle deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and service. Your key responsibilities include:
• Pick up packages from designated Amazon locations using your personal vehicle.
• Use the Amazon Flex app to navigate delivery routes efficiently and scan packages for precise tracking.
• Deliver packages carefully to residential and business addresses, ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers during every delivery.
• Manage your delivery schedule by selecting available time blocks through the Amazon Flex app.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and delivering packages.
• Track your earnings, mileage, and expenses as an independent contractor.
• Report any delivery issues, missing packages, or customer concerns via the app or support team.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to a reliable mid-sized or larger vehicle (sedan, SUV, van, or truck) that meets Amazon Flex requirements.
• Ownership of a compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) to use the Amazon Flex app.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and GPS navigation.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in delivery, rideshare, or other customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with smartphone apps for navigation or work-related tasks.
• Ability to efficiently plan routes and manage time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Earn $15.00-$19.00 per hour, based on location, delivery block length, and other factors.
• Receive payments up to twice a week, with the option for daily payouts.

• Work independently as a contractor without long-term commitments.
