We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Amazon DSP Operations Manager to lead our daily delivery operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence. This is a key leadership position offering significant autonomy, responsibility, and opportunities for professional growth as our business expands. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee all daily Amazon DSP operations, including dispatching, route execution, and delivery performance. Manage daily route assignments, staffing, scheduling, and driver attendance. Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with Amazon DSP policies, safety requirements, and performance standards. Manage dispatch operations during the initial launch and expansion phase. Develop efficient operational processes to maximize productivity and service quality. Team Leadership & Recruitment Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Delivery Associates (DAs). Build and maintain a reliable, motivated, and high-performing delivery team. Manage employee performance, attendance, retention, and disciplinary processes. Develop team leads and dispatchers as operations expand. Foster a positive, professional, and safety-focused workplace culture. Performance & Financial Management Monitor and improve Amazon DSP scorecard metrics, including safety, delivery quality, and customer experience. Optimize labor scheduling and control unnecessary overtime. Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost improvement. Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle inspections, maintenance coordination, and accident reporting. Provide regular operational and performance reports to company ownership. Leadership & Accountability Take ownership of day-to-day business operations and independently resolve operational challenges. Maintain effective communication with Amazon station management and support teams. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance. Support the company’s planned growth and expansion. Required Qualifications Previous hands-on operations management experience with an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). Strong understanding of Amazon DSP operations, dispatching, performance scorecards, and delivery processes. Proven experience managing delivery drivers, scheduling, and route execution. Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Experience recruiting, training, and managing delivery teams. Ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on operational needs. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Amazon DSP operations management experience. Experience managing 15–25 or more daily delivery routes. Experience supervising teams of 25–40 or more Delivery Associates. Familiarity with Amazon DSP operational tools, including Cortex, Scheduling UI, and fleet management systems. Proven record of improving safety, driver retention, and delivery performance. Experience launching or scaling an Amazon DSP operation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual base salary of $65,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience.
