Scorecard & Performance Coordinator / Backup Dispatcher Company: JC Delivery Inc (Amazon DSP) Pay: Starting at $24/hour Bonus: Performance bonuses for achieving Fantastic Plus JC Delivery Inc. is hiring a Scorecard & Performance Coordinator with previous Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) experience. The primary focus of this position is improving driver performance and Amazon scorecard results. You will monitor driver metrics, coach drivers, follow up on performance issues, review scorecard defects, and help the team consistently work toward Fantastic Plus. This is not primarily a dispatch position, but you must be available to serve as a backup dispatcher or closer when needed. If operational coverage is required, you may be asked to assist with dispatch, closing, route monitoring, rescues, driver communication, and end-of-day operations. Responsibilities: Monitor Amazon DSP scorecards and individual driver performance Identify drivers and trends negatively impacting the scorecard Coach drivers in person and follow up on improvement Track repeat performance issues and document coaching Review Amazon emails, defects, scorecard updates and performance reports Follow up on disputes, exemptions and recurring delivery issues Assist with corrective action and performance improvement plans Hold drivers accountable while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor Provide management with regular performance updates Develop action plans focused on achieving and maintaining Fantastic Plus Serve as backup dispatch or closer when operational coverage is needed Qualifications: Previous experience working for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) strongly preferred Amazon dispatch, operations, lead driver or performance-management experience preferred Understanding of Amazon scorecards and driver performance metrics Experience working with or managing 10+ employees/drivers Strong communication and coaching skills Professional, approachable and confident Organized, dependable and detail-oriented Comfortable addressing performance issues and holding drivers accountable Able to identify performance trends and follow through until issues are corrected Flexible and willing to assist with dispatch or closing when needed We are looking for someone who will take ownership of performance, work directly with drivers, follow up consistently, and help move the team toward Fantastic Plus.
