Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the driver in maintaining delivery efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while following Amazon safety procedures.
• Ride alongside the Delivery Driver in an Amazon-branded delivery van
• Load and unload up to 300 packages per day (including bulky items up to 50 lbs)
• Assist the driver in organizing and securing packages for delivery
• Navigate delivery routes using mapping applications when requested
• Deliver packages to doorsteps, porches, and designated locations
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the delivery vehicle
• Follow Amazon’s safety procedures and DSP company policies
• Work 2–4 shifts per week, with each shift lasting up to 10 hours
• Support delivery operations in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug test
• Physically capable of walking 7–12 miles per shift
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and handheld scanning devices
• Familiarity with safety protocols and vehicle loading techniques
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
