HERE'S WHAT YOU GET $24.75 per hour starting wage Full-time employment opportunities Approximately 9:30 AM scheduled start time 40+ hours available weekly based on operational needs Work in all kinds weather Sun, Rain, snow and cold We work 7 days a week, weekends are required - however not all Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Company-provided delivery van Performance-based incentive opportunities No CDL required YOUR WORKDAY You'll report to our Mount Joy terminal, prepare your assigned delivery van, and head out to deliver packages to homes and businesses. This is an active position where you'll spend your day moving, driving, walking, and completing deliveries. Your responsibilities include: Safely operating a company delivery vehicle Delivering packages accurately and efficiently Following assigned routes using navigation technology Organizing packages throughout your shift Entering and exiting your vehicle frequently Providing professional customer service Communicating with dispatch and operations leadership Following company safety procedures You'll work independently on your route while having support available throughout the day. Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and 3 years driving experience Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safe driving Ability to work independently Ability to safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Availability for scheduled shifts, including weekends Reliable transportation to our Mount Joy terminal Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, construction, retail, restaurants, landscaping, or customer service is welcome but not required.
