Amazon Account Lead | Channeled
Channeled, IncAmazon Account Lead | Channeled [Location / Remote / Hybrid – Massachusetts] · Full-time · [Compensation range] About Channeled Channeled is a boutique Amazon marketplace agency that partners with consumer brands to grow profitably on Amazon. We're a small, senior team, so each person owns real client outcomes. Our work spans account management, advertising analysis, ASIN-level performance, search query analysis, profitability analysis, and marketplace strategy. We act as an extension of our clients' teams, both as operators who keep the account healthy and as advisors who help decide where the business should go next. The Role The Account Lead owns the full Amazon relationship for a portfolio of brand clients. You are the person the client calls, and the person who knows their account best: its catalog, inventory position, advertising performance, and profitability. You'll run the day-to-day operations, oversee the advertising strategy, turn data into clear recommendations, and bring those recommendations to clients with confidence. This is a hands-on role that also carries strategic weight, which suits someone who has managed brands on Amazon directly, not only through reports. What You'll Do Client leadership and strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio. You'll run recurring calls, set priorities, and manage expectations across brand, marketing, and operations stakeholders. Build and present monthly and quarterly business reviews covering sales, traffic, conversion, advertising efficiency, and profitability, with a clear view of what moved and why. Develop marketplace strategy and forecasts tied to operational drivers such as traffic, conversion, and ad spend, and hold the plan accountable against actuals. Identify growth opportunities, including new ASINs, variations, bundles, pricing moves, promotional calendars, and channel expansion. Catalog management Own listing health and content quality: titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, Brand Stores, and imagery direction. Manage parent/child variation structures, category and browse node placement, and flat-file uploads. Resolve catalog issues including suppressed listings, detail page hijacks, content contributions not sticking, and Brand Registry disputes. Monitor Buy Box ownership, pricing integrity, and unauthorized sellers. Operational support Oversee FBA inventory health, including replenishment planning, shipment creation, storage and capacity limits, and stranded or excess inventory, working with the client's supply chain team. Manage account health, policy compliance, and performance notifications, and lead reinstatement or appeal work when needed. Open and escalate Seller Support cases, and pursue FBA reimbursements, fee discrepancies, and shipment reconciliation. Support 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) models, including purchase order and chargeback issues on the vendor side. Advertising oversight Set advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and, where relevant, DSP, in line with each client's growth and profitability goals. Partner with our PPC team and ad-tech tools to guide budgets, targets, campaign structure, and launch plans. Review search term and keyword performance to drive harvesting and negation decisions. Translate advertising results into business terms such as ACOS, TACOS, incrementality, and share of voice, and connect ad performance to inventory position and margin. Analysis and reporting Use our warehouse and reporting tools, including third-party data tools, Seller Central Business Reports, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance, to diagnose performance at the ASIN and search-query level. Build ASIN-level profitability views that account for fees, advertising, returns, and COGS, and flag what's working and what isn't.
