AM Transportation Monitor
Dedicated Logistics PartnerAM Transportation Monitor Windsor Locks, CT | Full-Time | On-Site Tuesday-Saturday | 4:30 AM - 1:00 PM Dedicated Logistics Partner (DLP) is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable AM Transportation Monitor to support our daily transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone with dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems in real time. What You'll Do: Monitor delivery routes and driver activity to ensure on-time service Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, route updates, freight issues, and required paperwork Track shipments and delivery performance through our Transportation Management System (TMS) Assist with dispatch operations and route adjustments as needed Investigate and report service delays, delivery exceptions, and operational issues Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation Support customer service efforts by providing timely updates and resolving transportation concerns Work closely with operations leadership to ensure service expectations are met What We're Looking For: Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics coordination, fleet operations, or transportation administration Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and making decisions when necessary Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Experience with transportation software such as Geotab, Lytx, Nuvizz, Tvizz, Power BI, or other TMS platforms is a plus Why Join DLP?
