AM & PM Dispatch

Caddie Chauffeur is a growing private transportation company seeking reliable, organized, and customer-focused dispatchers to help manage daily operations. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong communication skills, local knowledge, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. Provide transportation quotes and book reservations. Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and daily schedules. Handle customer billing, invoices, and payments. Manage last-minute changes and solve logistical challenges. Deliver excellent customer service. Requirements Strong knowledge of Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Charleston is a must. Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to think quickly and solve problems. Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented. Comfortable using computers and scheduling software. Experience in transportation, dispatch, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
