WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Starting Pay: $24.75 per hour 10:15 AM scheduled start time Full-time employment opportunities 40+ hours available weekly based on scheduling and operational needs Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly pay through direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Performance-based bonus opportunities Company-provided delivery vehicle No CDL required A JOB THAT KEEPS YOU ACTIVE This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire day standing in one spot. You'll start your shift at our Hazleton terminal, prepare your assigned vehicle, and head out to complete package deliveries throughout the region. You'll have responsibility for your own route while receiving support from an experienced operations team. Your responsibilities include: Safely driving a company-provided delivery van Delivering packages to residential and commercial locations Following assigned routes using delivery technology Maintaining an organized and productive workday Entering and exiting the vehicle throughout your shift Handling and delivering packages safely Providing professional customer service Following company safety and delivery standards Communicating with dispatch and leadership as needed WHO DOES WELL IN THIS POSITION? The best candidates aren't necessarily the ones with the most delivery experience. They're the people who show up on time, take responsibility for their work, follow safety procedures, and understand the importance of being part of a team. Minimum qualifications: At least 21 years old Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to the Hazleton terminal Dependable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safe driving Ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds when required Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends as assigned EXPERIENCE FROM OTHER INDUSTRIES IS WELCOME You don't need to have worked for a delivery company before. We welcome candidates with experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, transportation, retail, restaurants, hospitality, and customer service. If you're used to working hard, staying organized, and getting things done, your experience may translate well into this position. We'll teach you the delivery process. You bring the work ethic.
