Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to maintain optimal product availability Oversee cashiering duties, including cash handling, POS system operation, and sales transactions Train and develop team members in retail sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies Implement merchandising plans to enhance store presentation and promote featured products effectively Handle employee scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in a sales team leadership role Strong background in retail sales, inventory management, and operational oversight Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, bookkeeping software, and basic math for cash handling and inventory calculations Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting employee orientation sessions Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively Prior experience in supervising retail staff, managing budgets, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives is preferred Join us at <PERSON> Smoke Shop Plus where your leadership will inspire excellence!
