Alarm System Dispatcher

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Tulsa! The Dispatcher is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency calls for assistance and information, monitoring alarm systems, coordinating responses, and maintaining accurate call records. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, communicates effectively, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance and information. Monitor routes, alarm activity, and incoming system notifications. Dispatch appropriate personnel when assistance is needed. Update call logs and accurately record all call information, incidents, and responses. Contact customers to verify alarm activations and determine the appropriate response. Communicate with customers, security personnel, and emergency responders. Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is properly documented. Handle multiple calls and situations while remaining calm and professional under pressure. Qualifications: Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Basic computer skills. Previous dispatch, alarm monitoring, call center, or customer service experience is a plus.
