Job Summary: Working in a call center environment, alarm dispatchers are responsible for making outgoing calls pertaining to a customer’s monitored alarm system. You'll be the friendly voice calling to ensure everyone is ok when alarms are activated, such as a Fire, Burglary, or Medical. What we need from you! Responsibilities: The ability to speak clearly when making outgoing calls to verify alarms and dispatch authorities. Enjoy a fast-paced, challenging team environment while working in a high-volume call center. A caring, can-do attitude; always conveying professionalism and a passion for helping people. The ability to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime - we're 24 x 7! Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and the ability to type at least 20 WPM. Dependable and punctual. High School Diploma or equivalent Clean Criminal Background – No Felonies What You Will Receive: One Week of Paid Training.
