Airport Warehouse Admin OVN - ABQ

Minimum Qualifications and Duties for Warehouse Admin: Receiving inbound/outbound freight, computer saavy (MS Office suite, email, pertinent software applications). Communication with Amazon Logistics, Amazon log level date and freight tracking, Slack, communicating directly with truck and delivery drivers. Must utilize interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, complete documentation. Receiving freight with proper check in/out procedures. OSHA regulations and training adherence, Dangerous Goods training, time management skills. *** This is NOT a hybrid role; Remote work is not permitted. Job is on site and work week is split between airport operations & corporate. Pre-requisite: · Must be a local (in-state) resident. · Must be 18 years of age. · Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check · Must be at least 18 years of age. · Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. · Must complete SIDA training to obtain an airport authority identification security badge. · Must possess a High School diploma or GED. Minimum Qualifications High School Graduate or Equivalent Must be a local (in-state) resident. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Must complete SIDA training if needed to obtain airport authority identification security.
