Overview We are looking for a commercially minded operator who thrives at the intersection of customer strategy and execution. This is not a traditional account management role, and it is not purely operations. It is a hybrid position designed for someone who can own the full lifecycle of high-value airfreight shipments—from quoting and solution design to flawless delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients operating in fast-moving, high-stakes industries such as AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and fiber optics. These are time-critical, high-value shipments where precision, communication, and proactive problem-solving are non-negotiable. What You Will Do Own and grow key accounts within the technology and advanced infrastructure sectors, acting as both advisor and execution lead. Design tailored airfreight solutions for high-value, sensitive cargo including semiconductors, servers, and optical equipment. Manage end-to-end shipment execution: booking, routing, capacity planning, monitoring, and exception management. Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handlers, and global partners to ensure priority handling and secure movement. Proactively communicate with customers, providing real-time updates, risk mitigation strategies, and post-shipment insights. Collaborate with pricing and procurement teams to develop competitive and sustainable rate structures. Identify opportunities for process improvement, service enhancements, and account expansion. Lead Client QBRs as needed. Business travels required, 30%. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in international airfreight, with exposure to both operations and customer-facing roles. Proven experience handling high-value or sensitive cargo (technology hardware, semiconductors, fiber optics, or similar). Strong understanding of air cargo routing, capacity dynamics, and airline networks. Ability to operate under pressure and manage time-critical shipments with precision. Commercial mindset with the ability to balance service excellence and profitability. Excellent communication skills, with confidence in managing demanding, high-expectation clients. Familiarity with specialized handling requirements (temperature control, shock sensitivity, security protocols) is a strong plus. Why This Role Stands Out This role sits at the core of one of the fastest-growing sectors in global logistics—supporting the infrastructure behind AI, cloud computing, and next-generation connectivity. You will not just move freight; you will enable industries that are shaping the future. If you are someone who understands that a delayed shipment can mean millions in lost production—and you are driven to make sure that never happens—this is the role for you.
