Position Summary: Aircraft Rotable Parts Manager oversees the inventory, repair cycles, and supply chain logistics of high-value, serialized aircraft components that are repeatedly repaired and reused rather than discarded. Aircraft Rotable Parts Manager holds the listings of the entire operations inventories as well as reverse consigned inventories. Manager will co ordinate with on site staff of each company warehouse location for the movement of stock cores to repair vendor locations. Qualifications/Responsibilities: Strong organizational skill set to maintain strict control over company owned and vendor owned inventory in various warehouses. Strong back round in logistics and networking with courier services and shipping Fed Ex Hazmat qualified for shipping of dangerous goods a plus. Direct point of contact with repair vendors for processing cores removed from airframes. Responsible for the RO speadsheet for manual RO system and creation and submission of repair orders to vendors via Traxxall. Co ordinates with accounts payable and accounts receivable to review repair orders for parts requests. Also aids with RO cost assignments to airframes once they return from repair. Up loads repair quotes, and final invoices as provided by repair vendors. Completes review of up coming material needs in conjunction with the planning department and sends out cores according to maintain needed stocking levels. Maintains proper stocking levels of tires and batteries to meet OH needs. Individual will require strong Office product skills, primarily excel for the management of inventory. Strong background in Traxall inventory management section of the software, specifically RO system and component history tracking in the MTS system of Traxall. Individual should strive to enhance the component stores distribution/warehousing system to create enhance efficiency as the operation grows. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track serialized parts and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), and maintain compliance with aviation regulations. Repair Management: Coordinate repair, overhaul, and exchange cycles with approved vendors to minimize turnaround times. Procurement & Pooling: Source replacement parts, manage core exchanges, and participate in component pooling agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with maintenance planners and supply chain teams to prioritize urgent requests and track component statuses. Budget & Vendor Oversight: Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate pricing, and manage warranty or core claims. Skills/Competencies: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance. Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear and understandable manner with co-workers, customers and company Leadership Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Must be flexible and ready for changes in schedules and operational demands. Must be able to input and retrieve information from computers Ability to adhere to strict time schedules, attendance policies, and appearance standards are non-negotiable. Must be 21 years of age. Must have a current, valid driver's license. Must have a current passport.
