ivery, billing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing time-sensitive and complex freight, and experienced working within CargoWise.
Responsibilities
• Independently manage air import and export shipments from start to finish.
• Coordinate bookings, pickups, and documentation.
• Communicate with airlines for cargo recovery and final delivery.
• Handle billing and customer communication efficiently.
• Ensure smooth operations within the freight forwarding environment.
Essential Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of direct air freight operations experience within freight forwarding.
• Experience using CargoWise software.
• Proven ability to manage air export and import shipments independently.
• Strong skills in customer service, logistics, freight, and transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Ocean freight operations experience.
• Broader international import/export operations experience.
• Experience handling aerospace or time-critical shipments.
• Experience supporting multiple internal offices or internal customers.

Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work model, ideally suited for candidates close to Mississauga, ON, with the team located across Canada and the USA. Standard work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $91000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
