</div><div><ul><li>The Manager of Transportation Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing daily transportation activities across multiple Contract Logistics clients. This role ensures operational excellence through effective transportation planning, carrier management, client communication, data integrity, and team leadership.</li><li>The successful candidate will serve as a primary operational contact for multiple client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and service performance management. This position requires a highly organized individual who is comfortable managing large volumes of email correspondence, navigating transportation and warehouse management systems, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, carriers, and vendors.</li><li>In addition to operational responsibilities, this role is expected to actively support and model Kuehne + Nagel leadership culture. </div><div><ul><li>Act as the primary operational contact for multiple Contract Logistics clients.</li><li>Manage high volumes of email correspondence and stakeholder communications.</li><li>Utilize TMS and related systems to manage transportation execution, reporting, routing, visibility, and performance.</li><li>Maintain data integrity and ensure timely completion of operational transactions.</li><li>Engage in development and/or refinement of carrier and customer dashboards</li><li>Monitor carrier performance and lead corrective actions when required.</li><li>Lead transportation issue resolution, service recovery activities, root cause investigations, and CAPA initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and present monthly; KPI reporting, performance reviews, and financial performance with clients and carriers.</li><li>Support onboarding, user acceptance testing, continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate and communicate effectively with warehouse operations, customer service, procurement, leadership, and carrier partners.</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><b>What we would like you to bring</b></H2>
