Air Import Operations Specialist & Supervisor

We are a logistics company located near Chicago O’Hare International Airport and are currently hiring experienced professionals for the following positions: I. Air Import/Export Operations Supervisor Responsibilities: Coordinate overall import and export operations and ensure the team properly tracks shipment status. Manage truck dispatching, including arranging airport pickups based on cargo availability and scheduling final delivery accordingly. Coordinate with the warehouse to prepare cargo according to operational instructions and arrange delivery appointments in advance. Handle urgent issues and exceptions efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant air freight operations experience Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle time-sensitive and unexpected situations II. Air Import Operations Specialist Responsibilities: Follow up on shipments and prepare all necessary arrangements for cargo pickup. Coordinate truck pickups and deliveries in a timely manner. Communicate with airlines and terminals to ensure cargo is released and picked up promptly. Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
