Supervisor:
• Supervise, direct, and manage the Air Freight Export team, ensuring adherence to operational processes and compliance standards.
• Serve as the escalation point for customer Air Freight Export shipments, addressing operational and financial issues.
• Set, communicate, and monitor KPIs to ensure team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, security, and good working practices for shipments and staff.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to improve processes and grow business.
• Review month-end reports, P&L statements, and accounts payable/receivable; escalate carrier performance issues as needed.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop team members; assign work and manage performance according to company policies.
• Ensure unionized staff operations comply with organizational guidelines and labor agreements.
Qualifications and Experience of Air Export Supervisor:
• BA/BS preferred or minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/transportation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Air Freight Export processes and operational systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in KPI management, employee engagement, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous supervisory experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Cargo Wise or similar systems is preferred.

Salary:
$79,777.50 - $106,370+ annually, based on experience.
