Air Export- Entry Level & Senior Level

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Air Export – Entry Level & Senior Level. Duties Coordinate and process air export shipments, ensuring all documentation complies with international trade regulations and FDA requirements. Manage transportation management systems (TMS), EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and CRM software to track shipments, update client records, and streamline communication. Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to coordinate pickup, dispatching, and delivery schedules. Prepare accurate shipping documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, export declarations, and trade compliance paperwork. Negotiate rates with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize costs while maintaining service quality. Monitor shipment status using logistics company experience, freight brokerage tools, and transportation planning systems to ensure timely deliveries. Support inside sales efforts by lead generation, client relationship management, and account management activities related to air freight services. Assist with data entry, contract management, pricing strategies, and client communication to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and international trade laws governing air export operations. Collaborate on logistics sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities within the air freight sector. Qualifications Previous experience in logistics company operations or freight forwarding logistics is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, transportation management systems (TMS), and shipping logistics processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service orientation to build lasting client relationships. Understanding of NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations and freight brokerage practices is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently through data entry, dispatching, and transportation planning activities. Knowledge of international trade regulations including FDA compliance is advantageous. Strong communication skills for client relationship management and inside sales activities.
