Air Export Coordinator

Air Export Coordinator Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-time We’re working with an international freight forwarder in Atlanta that is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on operations role managing international air export shipments from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a background in freight forwarding and be comfortable managing a busy desk independently. Key responsibilities: Manage Air Export shipments from booking through final delivery Prepare and review export documentation Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents and other service providers Handle AWBs, pre-alerts, AES/EEI and shipment documentation Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with export requirements Manage customer communication throughout the shipment process What we’re looking for: 2+ years of international freight forwarding experience Air Export experience Good understanding of the end-to-end export process Strong attention to detail and organisation Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines Good communication and customer service skills Experience using CargoWise is essential If you're an experienced Air Export professional in the Atlanta market and open to a new opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
