Job Duties and Responsibilities of Air Export Agent:
• Coordinate air export shipments between customers, carriers, and customs brokers, ensuring timely bookings.
• Prepare and process required export documentation, including airway bills, certificates, and manifests.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, including AES filings and other country - specific requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and overseas teams to provide shipment status updates.
• Track and monitor departures and arrivals, following up with airlines to ensure delivery commitments.
• Accurately complete invoicing and maintain updated customer profiles.
• Meet assigned performance targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience of Air Export Agent:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly detail - oriented with strong organizational and follow - up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in the air freight industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Logis Air or CargoWise systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITAR regulations or Foreign Military Sales is an advantage.

Salary:
• Hourly pay range: $19.39 - $25.85, based on experience.
