Air and Ocean freight Forwarding Specialist
NextLevel/Inc.Our client, a major international Freight Forwarder, has a need for a Transportation Specialist for their Richmond, BC location. The position would require experience in Air Exports and Imports, with some additional experience in trucking/transborder and Ocean/Sea freight exports and imports being a huge plus. Air freight experience is the most important. Rough breakdown would be: 50%+ Air Imports and Exports, 40% Trucking/transborder, 10% fill in for Ocean Freight. Could train the right candidate in some areas, though Air experience a necessity. CIFFA and Dangerous Goods (DG) certifications considered necessary or at the least, highly valuable. Onsite days with possibility of hybrid work after a period of time. Good team, good management, very stable position, very busy branch. 60-66k range, paid hourly with overtime paid at a higher rate, plus potential quarterly bonuses.
