Freight AppointmentsWe are looking for an experienced Air & Ocean Export Agent to join a globally established freight forwarder in Atlanta. You will be responsible for managing export shipments from booking through to final departure, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage air and ocean export shipments from start to finish. Coordinate bookings with airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents. Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and international offices/agents. Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates. Ensure shipments comply with customs and freight forwarding requirements. Resolve operational issues and ensure deadlines are met. Requirements: Previous experience in both air and ocean freight forwarding is preferred Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. CargoWise experience is required Salary: Up to $70,000 per year
