We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in large-scale Supply Chain and Operations transformation programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools, including Claude, to improve program execution, planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of complex Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Transformation programs. Use AI/GenAI platforms, including Claude, to improve program governance, risk management, reporting, documentation, and decision-making. Drive collaboration across engineering, product, business operations, and executive stakeholders. Manage program schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and executive communications. Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, success metrics, and governance processes. Translate business requirements into actionable program plans and drive successful delivery. Identify opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications 10+ years of Program Management/Technical Program Management experience. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology programs. Strong experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, or Operations programs . Hands-on experience using Claude and/or other AI/GenAI tools to improve program execution and productivity. Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering and business teams. Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar GenAI solutions . Experience with Supply Chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder . PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications. Experience leading Digital Transformation or AI adoption initiatives. ͏ Area of Responsibility Requirement Analysis-Participate in client discussions to gather information regarding platform constraints, technology stacks, and performance expectations of a specific technology. Designing-Create low-level design inputs for assigned technology and provides technical viewpoints for specific components as per the standards and best practices. Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate client technology environment to support integration of technology components and ensure system-level technical compatibility. Troubleshooting-Support testing activities for technology components and work with developers and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot errors during deployment phases. ͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: AI Cognitive .
