AI Sourcing Manager

Pay: 70-80/HR W2 Contract Duration: 6 MO Work Arrangement: 3 days - Manhattan, NY We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. Vacancy: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Minimum Qualifications BS/BA degree 4+ years of outsourcing or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in tech or AI domains Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts and managing vendor relationships Strong commercial negotiation skills across multiple levers beyond rates (volume discounts, quality thresholds, speed to quality, service levels) Program management experience with business stakeholders, cross-functional groups, and third parties Highly organized structured thinker; able to synthesize complex information into executive-ready summaries Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing annotations for ML/AI or large language model development Experience managing high-volume data annotation sourcing programs Experience working with BPOs, crowdsource/freelance platforms, and boutique data vendors
