• In addition to Oracle SCM functional and technical expertise, we would like candidates to demonstrate hands-on experience with:
• AI-assisted requirements analysis and design
• AI-driven code generation and refactoring
• AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies
• AI-enabled DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support
• While testing is an important component, our need is broader than a dedicated testing profile. We are looking for engineers who can apply AI throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and support
Skills
• Experience with AI-assisted requirements analysis and design
• AI-driven code generation and refactoring
• AI-assisted testing, test automation, and regression strategies
• AI-enabled DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows
• Candidate should be able to quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption, such as reduced development cycle time, improved code quality, lower testing effort, or faster issue resolution
• Experience with AI-fueled engineering frameworks and software modernization initiatives
