Key Responsibilities
• Create and configure virtual navigation routes for AGV and AMR systems.
• Configure travel paths, transfer stations, parking locations, and charging stations.
• Develop and configure traffic rules, routing logic, and system behavior.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to track planning and system configuration.
• Commission AGV and AMR systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to navigation, routing, and traffic logic.
• Respond to customer technical questions related to system operation and configuration.
• Assist with equipment installation and system setup as needed.
Qualifications
• Technical degree in Mechatronics or completed apprenticeship as an Electrician, Electromechanical Technician, or similar technical field.
• Previous experience in a similar technical role.
• Experience with AGV, AMR, automation, robotics, or automated material-handling systems preferred.
• Basic networking knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, 2D CAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel approximately 60%, including extended assignments throughout the United States.
• Good communication skills. If you speak German this is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively interact with customers in a technical environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
