About the Opportunity We are hiring for multiple positions at four of our locations across central Ontario: Bolton, Alliston (Baxter), Mount Albert, and Lindsay. This posting covers all four locations. Roles and Responsibilities Crop Scouting: Regularly monitor client fields to identify weed, pest, and disease pressures; provide timely and accurate reports to agronomists and farmers; assist in crop growth stage assessment and data collection for precision agriculture solutions. Yard Duties: Manage and organize inventory, including seed, fertilizer, and chemical products; assist in loading and unloading of products for customer orders; ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers visiting the yard; answer customer queries and guide them in product selection; support the sales team with product knowledge and availability. General Support: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the retail location; participate in training and development opportunities to enhance agricultural knowledge and skills. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an agricultural or related program Strong interest in agriculture, particularly crop science and agronomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations as needed Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
