Job Title: Parts Counter Salesperson – Agriculture Equipment Company: Stoller International Location: Herscher Illinois Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team specializing in Case IH agriculture equipment. This role is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with identifying, sourcing, and selling the correct parts needed to keep their equipment operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with farmers, technicians, and vendors in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with parts inquiries and purchases Identify and locate correct parts for Case IH and other lines of agricultural equipment Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and ordering parts Process parts sales, returns, and warranty parts when applicable Build strong relationships with customers by providing knowledgeable and efficient service Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and warehouse area Work with vendors and manufacturers to source parts as needed Qualifications Previous experience in agricultural equipment, automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment parts preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment components Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to work with dealership parts software systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience Knowledge of Case IH equipment and parts systems Experience in a dealership or agricultural environment Inventory management experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package including [health insurance, retirement plan, etc.] Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and advancement A supportive team environment serving the local agricultural community How to Apply Interested candidates should apply on indeed Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
