• Provide parts support to customers in person and by phone
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Organize inventory cleanly and maintain orderly parts storage

• Collaborate with service technicians to identify repair parts
Requirements:
• Journeyman Parts Technician certification
• Knowledge of computerized point of sale systems
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory software
• One year of parts technician experience required
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
