Position Summary The Warehouse Manager leads and manages day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time while maintaining safety standards, reinforcing process adherence, and driving operational excellence. Reports to: Director of DC and Logistics Operations Key Accountabilities Safety, Compliance and Policy Enforcement Ensure adherence to established warehouse procedures and company policies. Participate in and support Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) initiatives. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across the warehouse. Team Leadership Manage personnel including scheduling, payroll, and vacation planning. Provide leadership, coaching, and training to ensure staff competency and performance. Foster accountability and clarity in roles and expectations. Establish development and succession plans for team members. Develop team capability and strengthen the internal talent pipeline. Operational Oversight and Execution Oversee all daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping. Ensure inbound and outbound operations meet service level expectations. Provide real-time problem solving and operational guidance to maintain workflow continuity. Operational Execution and Workforce Management. Continuous Improvement and Performance Management Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor operational performance and adjust staffing or processes as needed. Drive a culture of operational excellence and performance accountability. Key Measures of Success Safe and Compliant Workplace All team members operate in a safe environment and return home safely each day. Full adherence to warehouse procedures and safety policies. Reduced safety incidents through proactive oversight and enforcement. Team Performance Workforce scheduling and resource planning support operational efficiency.
