We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Aftermarket Sales & Planning Administrator to join our team in Broussard, Louisiana. This position plays an important coordination role between Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Materials, and the Stock Room , helping ensure customer requirements are translated into accurate orders, material availability, and on-time delivery of spare parts. What You'll Do In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our aftermarket and spare parts activities. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and process customer quotations for spare parts and aftermarket requirements. Support purchasing activities , including coordinating material requirements and following up on parts availability. Work closely with the Stock Room and Planning teams to coordinate inventory and spare parts requirements. Review stock availability and help identify material requirements needed to support customer orders. Create, maintain, and update Sales Orders in the ERP system. Process and coordinate scrap-related transactions and updates when required. Communicate order updates, material availability, shortages, and other relevant information to the Sales team. Assist with the administration and coordination of the company's Exchange Program , including tracking parts and supporting related transactions. Monitor and manage customer requirements , priorities, and requested delivery dates. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Materials, and Operations to resolve order or material issues. Maintain accurate information and documentation within company systems. Follow up on open actions to ensure customer and operational requirements are addressed in a timely manner. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Materials Manager . What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working with multiple departments, and able to manage changing priorities in a manufacturing environment. Required qualifications: Previous experience in administration, sales support, purchasing, materials, inventory, planning, supply chain, or customer service . Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook . Comfortable working with ERP or inventory management systems . Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding actions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Planning, and Materials teams. Customer-focused and able to respond effectively to changing requirements. Preferred qualifications: Experience in an aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, MRO, or technical environment . Previous experience with spare parts, aftermarket support, inventory, or materials coordination. Experience preparing quotations and processing sales or purchase orders. Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems. What Will Make You Successful You will be successful in this role if you are comfortable moving between customer requirements and operational details. You should be able to identify what needs to happen, coordinate with the appropriate team, maintain accurate information in the system, and follow through until the issue is resolved.
